You can break your diet for the day into five servings. These five portions will be breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. Generate a weekly menu. This will help to know what you are expected to cook at least the rest of the week. With such a distraction one tends to consume more food without caring and may increase in weight instead. Concentrate on your food, chew slowly but sure. Do not eat while working as there are higher tendencies to overeat. Do not skip breakfast or any other meals. This does not help in weight loss, but only aggravates your cravings and increases food intake in one serving.

Drink plenty of water. Water is known to give a filling effect thereby helping in reducing the appetite or cravings. Drink before meals to create that filling effect. You will definitely feed less and attain weight loss fast. Last but not least, look for a companion to help you through the process. She may become your partner whom you can do workouts together or may be a person who is desirous to see you change physically for the better. During workouts, you can motivate yourself by playing certain music which is rhythmical and soothing. The music will help change your focus from the fatigue and you will enjoy it the workout eventually.
